Features
Built to feel like a real racing game
Real 3D at 60 FPS
A WebGL highway with bloom, speed streaks and a camera that widens with velocity. No download, no install.
Easy to learn
One input: steer left and right. Speed is automatic, so a new player can be driving within seconds.
Hard to master
Traffic gets denser and faster. Close calls pay the most, so the best runs take the biggest risks.
Plays anywhere
Keyboard, mouse or touch. Works on desktop, tablet and phone browsers.
Use case
Competitive games need trust. Solana provides it.
Online leaderboards usually live on a private server: scores can be edited, banned players disappear and the whole history vanishes when the studio shuts down. Apex Rush moves the scoreboard onto Solana, where results are public, permanent and owned by the players.
Provable leaderboards
Every score is a signed Solana transaction. No admin can edit, delete or fake the ranking. Anyone can audit it.
Portable player identity
Your wallet is your profile. Your run history follows you across any app that reads the same public registry.
Composable seasons
Because results are open on-chain data, communities can build tournaments, quests and reward programs on top.
Zero backend
There is no database or login. The game reads the chain directly, so there is nothing to hack or shut down.
How to play
From wallet to leaderboard in five steps
- 01
Connect a wallet
Use Phantom, Solflare or Backpack and make sure it is on Mainnet. You need a small amount of SOL for the 0.001 SOL fee.
- 02
Steer the car
Use A / D or the arrow keys, or move your mouse or finger across the road. Speed is automatic and keeps rising.
- 03
Chain close calls
Pass a car with only a small gap and you score a close call. Chain them back to back for a multiplier up to x8.
- 04
Grab green cores
Glowing green cores give a 3 second boost with double points. You have 3 shields, and every crash costs one.
- 05
Post on-chain
Press Post score on-chain, approve in your wallet, and your run appears on the global leaderboard within seconds.

On the road
- Traffic cars. Dark cars with pink or orange tail lights. They drive slower than you and spawn faster over time.
- Green cores. Floating pickups worth 50 points plus a 3 second boost. They appear every 5 to 9 seconds.
- Your car. The cyan-lit sports car. After a crash it flashes and is invulnerable for 1.7 seconds.
Points and combos

Scoring
Score comes from distance driven plus close calls (25 points times your combo) and green cores (50 points). Your leaderboard rank is your final score. A run ends when all 3 shields are gone. Top speed rises over time, so every run gets harder the longer you last.

Pro tips
Climb the leaderboard faster
The top runs on the board all follow a few simple habits. Start with these.
- 1Stay near the middle lane early. It gives you room to dodge either way.
- 2Only chase close calls when you have a free lane behind the car you are passing.
- 3Do not panic-steer. Small, smooth inputs keep the car stable at high speed.
- 4Grab green cores right before a dense traffic wave to double the points you earn.
- 5A crash resets your combo but not your run. Use the flash window to recover and rebuild.
Under the hood
Simple, auditable, on-chain
The game runs entirely in your browser as a real-time 3D scene built with WebGL, with bloom lighting and post-processing. When a run ends you sign a single transaction containing two instructions: a 0.001 SOL transfer to the public Apex Rush registry address and an SPL Memo with your result.
The leaderboard is rebuilt on every refresh by reading that registry address on mainnet, parsing each memo, and ranking the best run per wallet. There is no private database. If this website disappeared, anyone could rebuild the leaderboard from the chain.
We never see your keys. Wallets sign locally, and you can inspect every transaction in the Solana Explorer.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need real money?
Playing is free. Posting a run on Solana mainnet costs 0.001 SOL plus a tiny network fee. Real SOL is used, so only post if you want your score on-chain.
Is there a token?
No. There is no token, presale or airdrop promise. Scores are bragging rights, not financial products.
How is the leaderboard built?
Each submission sends a transaction with an SPL Memo containing score, close calls and time. The site reads the registry address on mainnet and ranks the best run per wallet.
Can people cheat?
The v1 registry is open and trust-minimised, so a determined user could craft a memo by hand. Scores are capped to sane limits and carry a proof hash. Server-verified replays are on the roadmap.
Which wallets work?
Any browser wallet exposing the standard Solana provider: Phantom, Solflare and Backpack are detected automatically.
Ready to take the top spot?
Playing is free. Get a run you are proud of, then post it on-chain so nobody can take it away.
